摘  要:目的调查广州管圆线虫病自然疫源地在福建省的分布状况。方法按不同方位与片区,对全省的41个县(市、区)的105个调查点进行广州管圆线虫中间宿主、转续宿主和保虫宿主种类与分布调查。结果共检查样本25 595份,广州管圆线虫总感染率13.0%(3 319/25 595),其中中间宿主阳性率13.8%(2 742/19 823);转续宿主阳性率7.1%(36/506);终宿主阳性率10.3%(541/5 266)。广州管圆线虫的感染宿主共24种,感染率最高为沼水蛙(34.5%),其它依次为褐云玛瑙螺(33.5%)、高突足襞蛞蝓(28.8%)、光滑颈蛞蝓(23.1%)和福寿螺(19.4%)等;瘤拟黑螺、树蛙和泽蛙为福建省首次报告感染广州管圆线虫的新宿主。结论广州管圆线虫病的自然疫源地遍布福建全省各地,传播宿主种类众多,且中间宿主大多数都被感染。广州管圆线虫病是今后福建省重点防控的人兽共患寄生虫病之一。Objective To investigate the distribution of natural epidemic foci of Angiostrongyliasis in Fujian,China.Methods According to different positions and districts,the distribution and the kinds of intermediate host,transport and host reservoir host of A.cantonensis,in 105 survey spots from 41 counties were investigated.Results Totally 25595 samples were examined and total infection rate was 13.0%(3 319/25 595),in which,the rates of intermediate host,transport hosts and reservoir host were 13.8%(2 742/19 823),7.1%(36/506)and 10.3%(541/5 266)respectively.There were 24 species of infected host for A.cantonensis.The infection rate in Hylarana was the highest(34.5%),followed by Acharana fulica(33.5%),Vaginulusalte(28.8%),Derocerasleave(23.1%),Pomacea canaliculata(19.4%)and so on.Melanoides tuberculata,Barkfrogand Rana limnocharis were reported as new host of A.cantonensisfor the first time in Fujian.Conclusion The natural epidemic foci of Angiostrongyliasis can be found everywhere in Fujian.Not only the kinds of transmissible host are so many,but also most of them are infected.A.cantonensisis one of the zoonosis in Fujian,and the disease control and prevention should be intensively carried out in the future.
