蒙医疗术综合治疗神经根型颈椎病作用机理探讨

摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病系指颈椎间盘侧后方突出,钩椎关节或关节突关节增生、肥大,导致刺激或压迫神经根所致引起颈部僵硬疼痛、活动受限、颈肩部疼痛、上肢无力、手麻等表现为主的病症,是颈椎病的常见类型,对于该病症患者,绝大多数可经非手术治疗得到缓解或治愈,而蒙医针刺拔罐放血、推拿、温针疗法是蒙医药综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的主要方法之一。以蒙医针刺、拔罐、放血、推拿、温针疗法为主保守治疗颈椎病在临床上运用十分广泛,现就其治疗作用机理探讨综述如下。Cervical spondylosis of nerve root type cervical intervertebral disc means the side rear projecting uncovertebral joint or facet joint hyperplasia,hypertrophy,resulting in stimulation or nerve root caused by stiff neck pain,activity limitation,neck and shoulder pain,upper extremity weakness,numbness in the hand the manifestation of disease,is a common type of cervical spondylosis,for the vast majority of patients,non-surgical treatment can alleviate or cure,and Mongolian medicine bloodletting acupuncture,massage,acupuncture therapy is one of the main methods of Mongolian medicine comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. In the Mongolian medicine acupuncture,cupping,massage,acupuncture,bloodletting therapy. The conservative treatment of cervical disease in clinical application is very extensive,the therapeutic effect mechanism is summarized as follows.
