摘　　要：人人都在体验着互联网金融带来的生活便利,却在面对金融隐私泄露时不知所措,文章在分析互联网金融特点的基础上,对金融隐私权理论进行介绍,突出强调保护互联网金融信息隐私的必要性,进而对互联网金融信息隐私权的保护问题扩展剖析,以期消费者能够在遭遇隐私泄露造成财产和其他损失的时刻,可以进行基本的自我救济,降低损失;能够在此基础上为完善互联网金融交易安全,对互联网金融交易信赖度的提升提出一些建议。People are enjoying the convenience brought by the online finance service,however they are all at sea when their financial privacy is exposed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the online financial service,this article introduces the theory of financial privacy protection,especially its necessity and analyzes the problems in the protection so as to help consumers perform basic self-remedy of personality right and reduce their loss when encountering privacy property leaks and other loss.In addition,it provides some suggestions on improving the security and the trust of internet financial transactions.
