摘　　要：目的:研究香花羊耳蒜全草的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱技术分离纯化化学成分,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从香花羊耳蒜的95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:对羟基苯甲酸(1)、对羟基苯甲醛(2)、4,7-二羟基-2-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(3)、4-甲氧基-2,5-菲二醇(4)、5,7,3',5'-四羟基-4'-甲氧基黄酮(5)、5,7,8,3'-四羟基-4'-甲氧基黄酮(6)、熊果酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、D-α-2-丙氨酸(8)、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(9)、腺嘌呤核苷(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、胡萝卜苷(12)。结论:其中,化合物1~10是首次从羊耳蒜属植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from the herbs of Liparis odorata. Methods： The constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and their spectroscopic data,as well as literatures. Results： Twelve compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extracts of Liparis odorata herbs,they were identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid（ 1）,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde（ 2）,4,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene（ 3）,4-methoxy-2,5-phenanthrenediol（ 4）,5,7,3＇,5＇-tetrarhydroxy-4＇-methoxyflavonoid（ 5）,5,7,8,3＇-tetrarhydroxy-4＇-methoxyflavonoid（ 6）,ursolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucoside（ 7）,D-α-2-alanine（ 8）,thymidine（ 9）,adenosine（ 10）,β-sitosterol（ 11） and daucosterol（ 12）.Conclusion： Compounds 1 ~ 10 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
