摘　　要：对基于数字实现的PCM/FM遥测调制技术进行了研究.针对遥测应用的现状,提出了一种能够兼容SOQPSK、ARTM CPM调制方式的全数字实现方式,不同的调制方式可以通过外部的输入接口(USB、UART)进行配置;并给出了实现原理及方法.为了验证设计的正确性,采用VHDL编程,在FPGA平台上对本算法进行了仿真和验证,仿真结果表明,本算法能够满足遥测标准的要求.A novel scheme for telemetry transmitter was proposed in this paper.This scheme was applied for PCM/FM（or CPFSK）,SOQPSK and ARTM CPM,and all of which could be achieved in resort to the configurations from a kind of interface like UART or USB or others.The scheme was also detailed in this paper.In the end,this scheme was verified by programming on the FPGA（field programmable gate array）.The results showed that the scheme was justifiable and compatible to the telemetry standard.
