摘　　要：宋代经济发展迅速,城市繁荣,人口众多,房屋鳞次栉比,然而火烛之患甚多,火灾频发,因此宋代统治者比前代更加注重城市消防管理,建立了比较完备的消防管理体系,在城市消防立法上有很多创新。宋代的城市消防管理制度之完善在当时是史无前例的,在中国消防管理史上具有承前启后的重要地位。The Song Dynasty experienced booming economy with prosperous cities, huge population and row upon row houses, but fire hazards happened from time to time. Therefore, the rulers attached great importance to fire fighting system, established complete fire management system and made a lot of innovations in fire protection law.The complete fire management system was unprecedented in the world then and took an important position in the history of fire fighting.
