返乡农民工创业模式的绩效对比及影响因素分析——基于苏北五县的调查

摘　　要：基于259份问卷调查数据,对苏北地区返乡农民工不同创业模式的创业绩效进行了分析。结果表明,不同创业模式的创业绩效存在显著差异,其中现代工业企业模式创业绩效最高,其次是乡村旅游业和生产性服务模式,最低的是新型农业模式。从个体基本特征、个体工作经验、政府支持、地区发展状况四个角度分析了影响返乡农民工创业绩效的因素,得到了一些重要的研究成果。总体上,农民工年龄、婚姻状况、交际能力、在外打工时间、之前有无创业、有无技术、销售、管理工作经历、是否获得政府资金和服务支持、地区交通条件是影响返乡农民工创业绩效的显著因素。但对于不同创业模式,具体的影响变量存在差异性,这与不同创业模式对技术、资本、人力、外部环境、农民工能力要求不同有关。Based on the data of 259 questionnaires,the entrepreneurial performance of different entrepreneurial modes of rural migrant workers returning to the countryside in Northern Jiangsu was analyzed.The results show that there are significant differences in performance between different entrepreneurial modes.Among them,modern industrial enterprises have the highest entrepreneurial performance,followed by rural tourism and producer services,and the lowest is the new agricultural model.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the entrepreneurial performance of returning migrant workers from the perspectives of individual basic characteristics,individual working experience,government support and regional development.Some important research results have been obtained.On the whole,significant factors affecting the performance of migrant workers returning to hometown include migrant workers＇ age, marital status and communicative competence, outside working hours,entrepreneurial experience,technical, sales and management working experience, support from government funding and service,traffic conditions in the region.However,for different entrepreneurial models,the specific influencing variables are different,which are related to different requirements from different entrepreneurial models of technology,capital,human resources,external environment and ability of migrant workers.
