摘　　要：20世纪50年代后期,全国许多地区掀起了河网化运动。人们希望通过构建纵横交错的河网达到蓄水、排涝、抗洪、灌溉甚至种植水稻等多重目的,为此,动用大量人力物力财力修沟挖渠,尤以淮北地区最为典型。河网化期间兴修了不少水利工程,有些一直施惠于今,有些则很少甚至没有发挥作用,造成了很大浪费。认真研究这一时期的河网化运动,有助于我们深刻认识这段历史,而河网化的兴衰成败也能给我们以历史启示。In-the-late-1950-s,many-parts-of-the-country-started-river-network-movements.-It-is-hoped-that-through-the-construction-of-criss-cross-river-network-to-achieve-the-purposes-of-water-storage,drainage,flood-fighting,irrigation,and-even-planting-rice.-Therefore,a-large-number-of-manpower,material-and-financial-resources-are-used-to-repair-ditches-and-dig-canals,especially-in-Huaibei-area.During-the-period-of-the-river-network,many-water-conservancy-projects-were-built-in-the-north-of-Huaibei-area,some-of-which-have-been-patronizing-until-today,while-others-have-little-or-no-effect,causing-a-lot-of-waste.-The-study-of-the-river-network-movement-in-this-period-will-help-us-deeply-understand-this-period-of-history,and-the-rise-and-fall-of-river-network-can-also-give-us-historical-enlightenment.
