绿色技术壁垒影响下安徽农产品出口分析及展望

摘　　要：农产品是一种特殊的产品,产品的质量安全直接关系到人类的生存与健康,是世界各国政府普遍关注与保护的对象,更容易遭遇绿色技术壁垒影响。绿色技术壁垒是非关税壁垒的重要手段,由绿色技术标准、绿色检验检疫制度、绿色环境标志、绿色包装制度等系列壁垒构成。基于安徽农产品出口贸易的现状分析,探讨绿色技术壁垒对安徽省农产品出口的影响,并提出未来安徽省农产品出口应对绿色技术壁垒的具体对策及发展方向。As a special kind of products, agricultural products＇ quality and safety are directly related to human survival and health, so agricultural products are the attention and protection objects for governments in the world, and are more likely to be effected by green technology barrier. Green technology barrier is an important means of non-tariff barrier, which consists of green technology standard, green inspection and quarantine system, green environmental symbol, green packaging system and so on. Based on the analysis of the status quo of Anhui＇s agricultural products export trade, this paper discussed the influence of the green technology barrier to agricultural products export in Anhui province, and put forward concrete countermeasures and development direction of Anhui＇s agricultural products export coping with green technology barrier.
