摘　　要：目的:了解衢州市2011—2016年流行性感冒(流感)流行趋势及其病原学变化特征,为流感防控提供参考依据。方法:收集2011—2016年衢州市流感监测哨点医院流感样病例(ILI)监测资料和流感网络实验室病原学监测结果资料进行描述性分析。结果:2011—2016年衢州市流感流行大体上呈1—3月、6—8月和11—12月三个高峰,总的ILI就诊百分比(ILI%)为4.43%;ILI以15岁以下儿童和少年为主,占70.83%,构成比逐年上升,主要优势流感病毒2011年为新甲H1和B型流感病毒,2013年为新甲H1和H3型流感病毒,2012年、2014年和2015年均为H3型和B型流感病毒;2016年为H3型流感病毒。结论:衢州市流感流行呈现春、夏、冬三个高峰,ILI的高峰与流感病毒检测阳性情况基本一致;暴发疫情主要发生在学校;H3型、新甲H1、B型流感病毒交替出现成为年检测分离优势病毒。Objective To explore the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of influenza in Quzhou,Zhejiang province from 2011 to 2016.Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted of the surveillance data of influenza like illness（ILI）collected from sentinel hospitals in Quzhou from 2011 to 2016 and the etiological surveillance results of the influenza network laboratory.Results The surveillance data indicated that the annual incidence peaks of influenza occurred during January-March,June-August and November-December in Quzhou from 2011 to 2016.The proportion of ILI in outpatient visit was 4.43%.ILI mainly occurred in adolescents and children aged 15 years old or younger,accounting for 70.83% of the total cases.The annual ILI proportion in children increased with year.The main predominant viruses were influenza A（H1 N1）virus and B virus in 2011,influenza A（H3）virus and B in 2012,influenza A（H1 N1）virus and A（H3）virus in 2013,influenza A（H3）virus and B virus in 2014 and 2015,and influenza A（H3）virus in 2016.Conclusions The seasonal incidence peak of influenza was in spring,summer and winter in Quzhou.The incidence peak of ILI was consistent with the positive detection results of influenza viruses.The outbreaks mainly occurred in schools.The predominant pathogens were influenza A（H3）,A（H1 N1）and B viruses in Quzhou.
