苏梅猪选育零世代和一世代后备和初产母猪繁殖性状分析

摘　　要：为了培育优良的地方猪品种和了解苏梅猪前期培育效果,通过观察分析梅山猪（M）、苏梅猪零世代（BM0）和一世代（BM1）后备母猪和初产母猪的繁殖性状,为后期选育提供基础和依据。结果表明：M、BM0和BM1后备母猪平均乳头数分别为17.45、16.41和15.90个,初情日龄分别为92.35、134.35和136.66 d,发情周期分别为20.63、20.76和20.72 d,情期受胎率分别为92%、86.79%和82%;初产母猪的产仔日龄分别为273.27、303.70和315.46 d,总窝产仔数分别为12.53、11.46和11.32头,21日龄窝育成仔数分别为10.40、10.35和10.12头,窝重分别为32.76、34.15和33.91 kg,育成率分别为91.76%、91.01%和97.19%。综合分析表明：BM0和BM1世代苏梅猪很好地传承了梅山猪繁殖特性。In order to cultivate excellent pig breeds and to understand the reproductive traits of pre-breeding Sumei pig,the reproductive trait data of gilts and primiparous pig of Meishan pig（M）,Sumei pig breeding F0（BM0）,and Sumei pig breeding F1（BM1） were collected and analyzed.The results showed that the average numbers of nipples of M,BM0 and BM1 gilts were 17.45,16.41 and 15.90,respectively.The ages of puberty were 92.35,134.35 and 136.66 d,respectively.The days of estrous cycles were 20.63,20.76 and 20.72,respectively.The average estrus conception rate（%） was 92%（23/25）,86.79%（46/53） and 82%（41/50）,respectively.The ages at first calving were 273.27,303.70 and 315.46 d,and the average litter sizes were 12.53,11.46 and 11.32,respectively.The 21-day-old breeding piglet numbers were 10.40,10.35 and 10.12,respectively.The body weights of weaning litter were 32.76,34.15 and 33.91 kg,respectively.The survival rates of piglets at weaning were 91.76%（156/170）,91.01%（476/523） and 97.19%（415/427）,respectively.In conclusions,the germplasm characteristics of reproductive traits in Meishan pigs were well inherited by the BM0 and BM1 generations of Sumei pigs.
