摘　　要：分枝杆菌能够通过特异性的系统分泌功能蛋白,这些蛋白对致病性分枝杆菌的存活和毒力来说非常重要。RD-1区是卡介苗同致病性分枝杆菌相比缺失的区域,该区域编码的分枝杆菌蛋白与宿主细胞间的相互作用是近年来结核病领域研究的热点。RD-1区编码蛋白参与了分枝杆菌感染宿主细胞的过程,如瓦解细胞膜、协助分枝杆菌逃逸宿主杀伤,辅助毒力蛋白分泌等。本文对RD-1区编码蛋白的致病机制进行综述,以期为相关药物的研发提供参考。Specialized secretion systems of Mycobacterium can secrete functional proteins which play an important role in survival and virulence of this bacterium.RD1 region is absent in BCG strains but not in the pathogenic strains.The interaction between RD-1 region encoded proteins and host cells is the research focus in recent years.RD-1 region encoded proteins are involved in the process of mycobacterial infection of host cells,such as rupturing the cell membranes,evading the hosts immune and assisting virulence protein secretion.The pathogenic mechanisms of Mycobacterium RD-1 region encoded proteins were summarized in this paper in order to provide reference for the future investigation of related medicines.
