摘　　要：依据我国装备制造业成套工程与中国标准"走出去"所遇到的问题,为寻求解决方案,在实施科技部国家科技支撑计划"支撑我国水泥窑余热发电成套技术出口事实标准研究"中,提出了以推行成套工程技术国际贸易事实标准研究作为一可行路径,并形成了相应目标、技术路线图、工作程序和应用模式。当前,该应用模式对支持中国标准国际化、"一带一路"基础设施建设、成套工程和优质产能"走出去",具有重要的示范意义。To solve the problem of China＇s engineering equipment manufacturing and Chinese standards in the ＂Going global＂ process and seek for the solutions, the paper proposes to use the research on the engineering technology international trade de facto standards as a feasible path, and develops the aim, technology roadmap, working procedure and application pattern. Nowadays, the application pattern is of important demonstration significance to the internationalization of Chinese standards, infrastructure constructions along the ＂Belt and Road＂, and the ＂Going global＂ of Chinese engineering and capacity.
