摘 要:为探讨乳化异氟醚对大鼠中枢突触体ATP酶活性的影响,选用36只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、麻醉组和麻醉恢复组,经乳化异氟醚尾静脉注射对大鼠进行麻醉,采用比色法检测各脑区的突触体ATP酶活性。结果显示:大鼠注射乳化异氟醚后大脑皮层、海马和丘脑Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和Ca^2+-ATP酶与对照组相比显著下降(P〈0.05),大脑皮质和海马Mg^2+-ATP酶与对照组相比显著下降(P〈0.05)。提示:乳化异氟醚能够抑制大脑皮层、海马和丘脑内Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和Ca^2+-ATP酶的生成,抑制大脑皮质和海马内Mg^2+-ATP酶的生成,推测中枢突触体ATP酶是乳化异氟醚产生麻醉效应的主要靶位。To explore the effect of emulsified isoflurane on the central synaptosome ATPase activity in rat,36 Wistar rats were used and randomly divided into the control group,the anesthesia group and the anesthesia recovery group. The rats were anesthetized by emulsified isoflurane through intravenous injection in tail. The synaptosome ATPase activity in different regions were detected using the colorimetric method. The results showed that administration of emulsified isoflurane significantly(P〈0. 05) reduced the activity of Na^+-k^+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase in the cerebral cortex,hippocampus and hypothalamus of treated rats,compared with control group; and significantly(P〈0. 05) decreased the activity of Mg^2+-ATPase in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of rats,too. These findings indicate that emulsified isoflurane can inhibit the production of Na^+-k^+-ATPase and Ca^2+-ATPase in the cerebral cortex,hippocampus,and thalamus of rats,and also inhibit the production of Mg^2+-ATPase in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of the rodents. Central synaptosome ATPase might be the important target at which emulsified isoflurane produced the analgesic effect.
