摘  要:对于不同径厚比中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱构件进行了轴压试验,该试件由内外十二边形钢管之间浇筑混凝土而成。通过试验获得了试件的受压局部屈曲模式和承载能力,建立了有限元模型并通过与试验结果比较得到验证。通过有限元参数分析研究了外管宽厚比对内外钢管和混凝土的影响规律。分析了现有圆形中空夹层钢管混凝土构件设计公式对于十二边形构件的适用性,提出了修改后的设计公式,结果可为工程设计提供依据。The axial compression tests were conducted on the dodecagonal section double skinned concrete-filled steel tube short column with different diameter to thickness ratios. The specimens were fabricated by filling concrete between the inner and outer steel tubes. Both the inner and outer steel tubes were dodecagonal section. The failure mode and ultimate strengths of test specimens subjected to axial compression were obtained. It was shown that local buckling occurred for both inner and outer steel tubes. The finite element model was developed and verified against test results. The parametric study was conducted and the effect of diameter to thickness ratio on steel tubes and concrete was analyzed. The applicability of current design equations for dodecagonal section double skinned concrete-filled steel tubes was evaluated. A modified design equation was proposed, which could provide reference for the engineering design.
