摘 要:螺栓角码连接是幕墙龙骨框架主要的节点连接形式。对幕墙龙骨框架结构进行模拟仿真分析时,连接节点通常按刚性节点处理,忽略了螺栓角码半刚性连接对幕墙龙骨框架结构的影响。通过有限元法计算了螺栓角码连接的初始转动刚度,利用双向变刚度零长度弹簧单元模拟节点的半刚性,建立了半刚性幕墙龙骨框架的有限元模型,对相同边界条件下刚性与半刚性幕墙龙骨框架连接节点进行了有限元仿真计算。结果表明:虽然半刚性连接降低了幕墙龙骨框架的刚度与稳定性,但同时也降低了内应力对幕墙龙骨框架的影响。该结果为幕墙龙骨框架的设计和分析提供了一定的理论依据。Bolt angle connection is an important joint connecting form for the curtain wall keel frame. Usually, a rigid joint is adopted in simulation computation of curtain wall keel frame structures. In the process, the influence of semi-rigid connection of bolt angle connection on the curtain wall keel frame structures is ignored. Through the finite element method to calculate the initial rotational stiffness of bracket as the connection of corner connector with bolt. In order to establish the finite element model of semi-rigid curtain wall keel frame, finite-element simulation computation was realized on rigid and semi-rigid curtain wall keel frame with the same boundary conditions by using two-way spiral springs with variable rigidity and zero length to simulate the semi-rigidity of joints. The results indicated that the semi-rigid connection reduced the stiffness and stability of the curtain wall keel frame, but it had reduced the impact of internal stress on the keel frame of the curtain wall. The results could provide a theoretical basis for the design and analysis of curtain wall keel frame.
