数字化扫描技术在角膜塑形镜门诊病案管理中的应用

摘　　要：某院保存的角膜塑形镜门诊病案存在患者就诊时传送时间过长、资料不能共享、存储困难等问题。通过建立数字化管理系统,对纸质门诊病案进行数字化扫描,改变原有的储存、管理和使用模式,从而实现门诊资料共享、提高病案安全性、节约储存空间、提高工作效率和管理水平的目的,为保存门诊病案提供了新的信息化管理模式。The existed problems in the management of outpatient medical records of orthokeratology in a hospital included a long delivery duration during each patient＇s visit, data not being shared, and difficulty in storage.By establishing a digitalized management system, the outpatient records were electronically scanned and preserved,which changed the traditional mode of storage and utilization. Digitalization of orthokeratology records made itpossible to share the outpatient data, increase the record safety, save the storage space, and improve the working efficiency, and thus presented a new informatization mode of the management of outpatient medical records.
