摘 要:传统的石油产品加氢反应器的入口扩散器常用于气、液两相流的混合扩散,文章提出的生物燃油催化加氢反应器采用上部纯油相进料的方式,因而对传统UOC型入口扩散器应用于生物燃油单相入口的扩散效果进行了研究。将Solid Works和ICEM-CFD软件相结合对入口流体域进行几何建模与网格划分,并利用FLUENT软件进行求解分析。研究结果表明:在进油速度为0.31 m/s时,经过入口扩散器后,生物燃油单相流扩散较为均匀且近似对称;当生物燃油到达最大直径处后,进油速度降至0.01~0.02 m/s,压降较小。研究结果可为生物燃油催化加氢反应器整体结构的优化与改进提供参考依据。Inlet diffuser of traditional hydrogenation reactor for petroleum products is commonly used for the mixed diffusion of gas and liquid two-phase flow. The proposed bio-oil catalytic hydrogenation reactor in this paper adopts the feeding method of upper bio-oil single phase inlet.Therefore, the diffusion effect of traditional UOC inlet diffuser applied to the bio-oil single-phase inlet was studied. The geometric modeling and meshing of the inlet fluid domain were carried out by using softwares Solid Works and ICEM-CFD respectively, and then simulation was performed by software FLUENT. The results indicate that the spread of bio-oil behavior more uniformly and it was approximately symmetrical after passing through the inlet diffuser. At inlet single-phase flow's velocity of 0.31 m/s, when bio-oil reaches the maximum-diameter-plane, the velocity can be decreased into 0.01~0.02 m/s, meanwhile the pressure drop was small. The results can provide a reference for the optimization and improvement of the overall structure of bio-oil catalytic hydrogenation reactor.
