多功能肢体消毒架在四肢多发骨折术前消毒中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多功能肢体消毒架在四肢多发骨折术前消毒中应用的效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年1月本院收治的234例四肢多发骨折患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组及观察组,每组117例。对照组应用常用消毒设备及装置,观察组应用多功能肢体消毒架,对比两组术后伤口感染率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者总体满意度为93.16%,对照组为58.12%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者伤口感染率为4.27%,对照组为12.82%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论多功能肢体消毒架应用于四肢多发骨折患者操作方便、节约人力,并可降低伤口感染率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the multi-function body of disinfection in multiple fractures of limbs preoperative disinfection effect. Method Select 234 patients with multiple fractures of limbs were as the research object, patients were divided into two groups using random number table method. Control application of commonly used disinfection equipment and device, observation group application multifunctional physical disinfection, comparison of two groups of postoperative incision infection rate and clinical satisfaction of patients. Result Observation group of patients with total satisfaction was 70.94%, the control group was 58.12%, total satisfaction compare two groups of patients was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients with wound infection rate was 12.82%, control group was 27.35%, the observation group of patients with wound infection rate is lower than the control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multi-functional limb disinfection rack used in the limb multiple fractures is very convenient to improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the wound infection rate, is worthy of clinical promotion and application of the method.
