六味温心颗粒对慢性心力衰竭患者近期疗效及血浆BNP、AngⅡ浓度影响

摘　　要：目的探讨六味温心颗粒对于治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的近期疗效及血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)与AngⅡ水平的影响。方法选取120例符合CHF标准的患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组各60例,治疗组采用CHF基础治疗方案(强心、利尿、扩血管)加六味温心颗粒治疗;对照组予以CHF基础治疗方案(强心、利尿、扩血管)常规治疗,均以4周为1个疗程,再比较治疗前后2组临床症状、心功能参数及血浆BNP、AngⅡ水平的变化。结果治疗组在总有效率、显效率及心功能指标改善方面,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),能降低CHF患者的血浆BNP和AngⅡ水平,较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论六味温心颗粒对CHF的疗效明显,可明显改善CHF患者的心功能,其作用机制可能与其降低CHF患者血浆BNP和AngⅡ水平相关。Objective To observe the short-term clinical curative effect of Liuwei Wenxin granule in treating the patients who suffer from chronic heart failure, especially in cardiac function and its plasma b-type natriuretic peptide（BNP） and AngⅡ. Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group received conventional treatment by strengthening heart, diuresis, expanding blood vessels and other conventional Western medicine treatment. On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the experimental group was treated with Liuwei Wenxin granule. Results From the aspect of the total effective rate, curative effect and improvement of cardiac function index, the experimental group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. There were significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in reducing the plasma BNP and AngⅡ（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Liuwei Wenxin granules have significant effect on chronical failure by improving heart function. Its mechanism is possiblely related to reducing patients ＇ plasma.
