安神中药的临床应用举隅

摘　　要：安神中药具有安神定志的作用,包括重镇安神药和滋养安神药,临床上常用于治疗睡眠障碍、心悸怔忡及神志异常等病症。以辨证论治为依据,适当配伍使用,可用于多种病症的治疗。结合临床案例,包括汗证(阴虚火旺、营卫失和)、带状疱疹后遗神经痛(肝郁血虚)、过敏性皮炎(血热风燥)、腓肠肌痉挛(肝肾不足)验案4则,证实其同时具有止汗、止痛、止痒、解痉等作用,体现了中医在辨证论治基础上的"异症同治"思想。Sedative Chinese medicine with the role of tranquilizing and sedating the mind includes heavy settling spirit-quieting medicinal and nourishing mind tranquilizer, and it ＇s commonly used in clinical treatment of sleep disorders, palpitation and other symptoms of mind. According to syndrome differentiation and treatment, it can be used for the treatment of various diseases when proper usage compatibility. Combined with clinical cases, including hidrosis（fire excess from yin deficiency, disharmony between nutritive qi and defensive qi）, postherpetic neuralgia（liver depression and blood vacuity）, allergic dermatitis（blood heat）, gastrocnemius spasm（deficiency of liver and kidney）, it is proved that it has the functions of hidroschesis, analgesia, itching-stopping, spasmolysis and so on,reflects the thought of TCM homotherapy for heteropathy on the basis of the syndrome differentiation and treatment.
