摘　　要：外感久咳作为临床常见病症,历来有关其治疗方法、经验案例等非常丰富。本文拟就其中的"金水相生"法,结合老师医案,浅谈自己的感悟。本文将从"金水相生"法的生理基础、病理基础、方药应用以及验案赏析四方面进行论述,以期为临床治疗外感久咳提供参考。Exogenous enduring cough is a common disease. There are abundant therapeutic methods and experience cases. The author plans to use ＂ mutual generation between metal and water＂ and combines teachers ＇ medical cases to briefly discuss comprehension.In the paper, the author will discuss the disease from physiological basis, pathological basis, medicine application and case analysis of ＂ mutual generation between metal and water＂, hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment of exogenous enduring cough.
