摘　　要：目的观察安坤种子丸对卵巢储备功能下降闭经(肾虚证)卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)的影响。方法将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组服戊酸雌二醇、黄体酮胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上加服安坤种子丸。观察FSH、LH、E_2、AMH变化及伴随症状改善、停药后月经恢复等情况。结果 2组FSH均降低(P<0.05);雌二醇、AMH升高,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。LH呈下降趋势,变化小,2组对比差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),症状改善、停药后月经恢复情况治疗组较对照组明显好转。结论安坤种子丸降低卵巢储备功能下降闭经(肾虚证)患者FSH水平,提高E_2、AMH水平,具有提高卵巢储备功能的影响。Objective To observe the influence of Ankun Zhongzi pill on FSH, LH, E2 and AMH of ovarian reserve function by amenorrhoea（kidney deficiency）. Methods 62 patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group took pentanoic acid estradiol and progesterone capsules. The treatment group was given Ankun Zhongzi pill on the basis of the control group.Observation of FSH, LH, E2, AMH changes and accompanying symptoms improvement, menstrual recovery after stopping drug, and so on and so forth wer carried out. Results The FSH of two groups was lower（P〈0.05）, Estradiol and AMH of two groups increased, and Estradiol and AMH of the treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. LH is on the decline, the change is small,and there was no significant statistical significance between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. The symptom improvement and menstrual recovery of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Ankun Zhongzi pill can reduce ovarian reserve function by amenorrhoea（kidney deficiency） FSH levels, increase E2 and AMH, and improve the ovarian reserve function.
