巨刺法结合补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风偏瘫70例

摘　　要：目的探究分析补阳还五汤加减治疗缺血性中风偏瘫的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月在我院接受治疗的缺血性中风偏瘫患者70例,并随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组仅采用常规巨刺法治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果 2组患者治疗前的美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分量表(NIHSS)、欧洲脑卒中评分量表(ESS)及Barthel指数比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分、ESS评分及Barthel指数改善程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率97.1%优于对照组的治疗有效率82.9%(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论采用巨刺法结合补阳还五汤加减治疗缺血性中风偏瘫的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的神经功能缺损,提高日常生活能力,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Buying Huanwu decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia.Methods 70 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group（35 cases） and control group（35 cases）. The control group was treated with conventional macrospines, and the observation group was given modified Buying Huanwu decoction based on the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The NIHSS score, ESS score and Barthel index showed no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The NIHSS score, ESS score and Barthel index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%, which was higher than 82.9% of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of opposing needling combined with modified Buying Huanwu decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia has significantly curative effect, can effectively improve the patient＇s neurologic deficits and the ability of daily life, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
