麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗高尿酸血症临床经验

摘　　要：高尿酸血症与高血压、冠心病、糖尿病及代谢综合症密切相关,严重影响人们的生活质量,因此人们对于高尿酸血症有越来越多的研究,中医领域中,以中医药治疗高尿酸血症的探究也在不断增多。麻黄连翘赤小豆汤在治疗多种肾脏病上有过研究并有良好的效果。刘龙民教授在多年临床经验的基础上并结合辨证论治以麻黄连翘赤小豆汤为主方治疗高尿酸血症上取到很好的疗效。Hyperuricemia is closely related with hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome, seriously affects people’s quality of life, and so people have more and more research for hyperuricemia, in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia in the study is increasing. Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in the treatment of hyperuricemia had a good effect. Professor Liu Longmin on the basis of many years clinical experience and combined with syndrome differentiation, and treatment is given priority to Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction which gets the very good curative effect.
