社区老年糖尿病患者实施同步家庭健康教育影响心理状态及生活方式的研究

摘　　要：目的研究对社区收治的老年糖尿病患者实施延续性同步家庭护理的应用效果。方法本次研究对象选取自社区医院2015年3月~2016年3月期间收治的96例糖尿病老年患者,根据其入院先后划分为家庭组(48例)与一般组(48例),对一般组成员患者实施社区医院常规护理流程及健康指导,家庭组对象接受护理人员指导下同步家庭健康教育措施,观察两组心理状况改变及生存质量情况。结果一般组心理焦虑、遵医意识、参与治疗主动度及沟通等方面评分较低,家庭组明显高于一般组,差异显著(P<0.05);一般组遵医行为、人际关系、家庭和睦、运动、合理饮食等生存质量评分明显低于家庭组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施延续性院外护理,由护理人员为其提供家庭同步健康教育措施作用显著,经过护理干预后,大部分患者不良心理得到较好改善且生存质量较好。Objective To study the application effect of continuity synchronous family nursing of elderly patients with diabetes in community. Methods The study selected 96 eases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus from March 2015 to March 2016 in community hospital as the object, according to hospital admission, the cases were divided into family group （48 cases ） and general group （48 cases ） . General group members implemented community hospital routine nursing process and health guidance, family groups accepted synchronous family health education measures under the guidance of nurses. Results The scores of psychological anxiety, compliance awareness, involved in the treatment of active degree and communication in general group were worse than those in the family group, the difference had statistical significance （ P〈 0.05 ）; compliance behavior, interpersonal relationship, family harmony, exercise, reasonable diet quality of life rating in general group was lower than those of the family group, the difference had statis- tical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion For diabetic patients, in addition to receiving hospital care and treatment measures, the implementation of continuity of hospital nursing, the nursing staff and provide the significant role of family of synchronous health education measures, after nursing intervention, most of patients with adverse psychological well improved and the quality of life is better.
