摘  要:目的 探讨输尿管内双“J”管滞留继发结石处理经验.方法 回顾性分析本院2010年1月至2016年1月12例输尿管内双“J”管滞留继发结石临床资料,总结处理经验及预防措施.结果 本组12例,所有输尿管内双“J”管均被成功完整取出,继发结石均被成功碎石,术后第3天复查泌尿系平片及彩超,所有患者肾盂内残留结石均<2 mm,其中1例因肾积脓,二期行PCNL术清除残余结石及双“J”管,1个月后再复查残留结石全部排出,拔管成功率及结石清除率为100%,手术时间35~128(64.0 ±4.3)min,术后无手术相关并发症出现.结论 输尿管硬、软镜及PCNL术处理输尿管内双“J”管滞留继发结石,具有损伤小,拔管成功率及结石清除率高等优点.Objective To explore the clinical experience of treating secondary stones around the stranded Double-J ureteral catheter stent.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data which were 12 cases of secondary stones around the stranded Double-J ureteral catheter stent from January 2010 to January 2016,so as to sum up the experiences of treatment and prevention measures.Results In all 12 cases,the stranded Double-J ureteral catheter stents were removed successfully,and the secondary calculi were successfully shattered.After 3 days of the surgery,abdominal plain film or urinary color ultrasonic observed that the diameters of all residual stones were less than 2 mm.Because of kidney empyema,1 patient underwent the second phase PCNL surgery to remove residual calculi and Double-J tubes.After 1 month,the residual stones were completely discharged.The success rate of drawing tube and the stone clearance rate were both 100%.The average operation time was 35 ~128 (64.0 ± 4.3)min.After the operation,no complications occurred.Conclusions Combination of rigid ureteroscope,fexible ureteroscope lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the secondary stones around the tranded Double-J ureteral catheter stent,which has advantages of little injury,high rate of the drawing tube and stone clearance.
