摘  要:肺纤维化发病的中心环节是上皮间充质转变及肌成纤维细胞的增殖与活化,实质是细胞外基质的合成大于降解。转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)不仅促进上皮细胞和内皮细胞向肌成纤维细胞转变,还促进肌成纤维细胞增殖与活化,促进细胞外基质沉积并抑制其降解,因而在肺纤维化的发生、发展中起重要作用。本文通过TGF-β1的信号通路及其通路间的对话来阐述TGF-β1与肺纤维化的关系。The central link in the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis is the epithelial mesenchymal transition and the proliferation and activation of myofibroblast. And the essence is extracellular matrix synthesis more than degradation. Transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) not only promotes transformation of epithelial cells and endothelial cells into myofibroblast, but also promotes proliferation and activation of myofibroblast. Moreover, it still affects the deposition and degradation of extracellular matrix. Thus it plays an important role in the development of pulmonary fibrosis. This article illustrates the relationship between TGF-β1 and pulmonary fibrosis through the signal pathways of TGF-β1 and their crosstalk.
