手足口病愈后皮肤损害的临床探究

摘　　要：目的探讨手足口病患儿愈后出现皮肤损害的相关因素。方法选择2012年6月至2014年6月就诊于我院皮肤科的320例手足口病患儿为研究对象,根据愈合后皮肤损害状况分为病例组和对照组各160例。对两组患儿进行详尽的系统性回顾,比较实验室检测咽拭子标本病毒、血清微量元素(钙、铁、锌、铅、铜、镁)、血清去甲肾上腺素水平、血清C反应蛋白值。结果两组患儿手足口病愈后皮肤损害与手足口病期间发热、热峰的高低、潜在疾病、使用药物史比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组患儿检出病毒标本36例,病毒检出率22.5%,对照组患儿检出病毒标本5例,病毒检出率3.1%。两组手足口病患者愈后出现皮肤损害与血清微量元素(钙铁锌铅铜镁)水平、血清去甲肾上腺素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组血清C反应蛋白升高患儿,显著多于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿愈后出现皮肤损害与血清C反应蛋白值呈正相关,监测患儿血清C反应蛋白值,对于提前预知疾病愈后皮肤损害有积极的指导意义。Objective To explore the relative factors of skin damage in children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods Methods from June 2012 to June 2014,320 children with hand foot and mouth disease who were treated in Department of dermatology in our hospital were selected as the subjects. According to the skin damage after healing,they were divided into case group and control group,160 cases in each group. Systematic review of two groups of children was carried out. The virus and serum trace elements（ calcium,iron,zinc,lead,copper and magnesium）,serum norepinephrine level and serum C reactive protein value were compared in laboratory.Results Two groups of children with hand foot and mouth after illness during skin injury of hand foot and mouth disease and fever,heat peak level,underlying disease,history of drug use,there was no statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The serum C reaction protein in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Skin damage in children with hand foot and mouth disease has a positive correlation with the value of serum C reaction protein.The monitoring of serum C reaction protein in children has a positive guiding significance for early prediction of skin damage after disease.
