情志护理联合超激光疼痛治疗仪对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛症状的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究情志护理联合超激光疼痛治疗仪对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛症状的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月本院收治的112例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为研究组与对照组各56例。研究组患者实施情志护理联合超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗方案,对照组患者实施超激光疼痛仪治疗方案,观察治疗后两组痛觉阈值与疼痛感评分、患者生活质量与满意度。结果治疗后,两组患者痛觉阈值均显著升高,VAS疼痛评分显著降低,且研究组患者痛觉阈值(3.25±0.61)分显著高于对照组患者痛觉阈值(3.01±0.43)分;研究组患者VAS疼痛感评分(1.52±0.31)分,显著低于对照组患者(1.66±0.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分均显著降低,且研究组患者(2.36±0.54)分显著低于对照组患者(6.85±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗满意度评分为(94.26±6.58)分,显著高于对照组患者治疗满意度评分(90.36±6.32)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.199,P=0.002)。结论情志护理联合超激光疼痛仪能显提高患者痛觉阈值,减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疼痛感,提高患者生活质量与满意度。Objective To study the effects of emotional nursing combined with super-laser apparatus on pain symptoms of patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 112 cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group（ n = 56,given the emotional nursing combined with super-laser apparatus） and the control group（ n = 56,given the super-laser apparatus）. The painthreshold and pain score,quality of life and satisfaction were observed. Results After treatment,the pain threshold of the two groups increased significantly,and the VAS pain score decreased significantly,and the pain threshold of the study group（ 3.25± 0.61） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 3. 01 ± 0. 43）;The scores of VAS pain in the study group（ 1.52± 0.31） were significantly lower than those in the control group（ 1.66±0.4）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the dermatology quality of life index（ DLQI） scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the study group（ 2.36±0.54） was significantly lower than the control group（ 6.85±1.26）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The treatment satisfaction score of the study group was（ 94.26±6.58）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 90.36±6.32）,the difference was statistically significant（ t = 3.199,P = 0. 002）. Conclusions Emotional nursing combined with super-laser apparatus can significantly improve the patient ＇ s pain threshold,reduce the pain of patients with postherpetic neuralgia and improve quality life and satisfaction of the patients.
