摘　　要：中国的广大农民是社会主义建设事业的主体力量,农村文化建设是社会主义建设总体布局中的重要组成部分,关系到中华民族复兴的中国梦的实现。虽然农村文化建设也取得了一定的成绩,但在当前的农村文化建设中存在农民价值观念多元化,农村文化建形式主义严重,文化资源匮乏,文化传播形式陈旧等问题。为解决这些问题,必须弘扬社会主义核心价值观,不断提升农民的道德素养守住乡土文化特质。The majority of farmers in China are the main forces of socialist construction, and the construction of rural culture is an important part of the overall layout of socialist construction, which is related to the realization of Chinese dream. Although the rural cultural construction has also made some achievements, now there are a diversity of farmers＇ values, serious formalism, scarce cultural resources and obsolete cultural communication forms. In order to solve these problems, we must carry forward the socialist core values, constantly improve the farmers＇ moral literacy, and preserve the local cultural characteristics.
