从社会主要矛盾转化探析公安社会管理创新

摘　　要：我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,准确把握我国社会主要矛盾,是提升公安社会管理职能至关重要的问题。公安社会管理创新是有效防控社会矛盾激化的重要路径,必须充分把握社会主要矛盾历史性新变化的新特点,直面社会日益增长的法治需要对法治公安建设的新要求,日益增长的公正需要对公安执法工作的新要求,日益增长的安全需要对公安社会管理的新要求,坚持以新理念对待社会矛盾转化,以新视角看待社会矛盾转化,以新实践防控社会矛盾激化。The principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved, which is the contradictionbetween unbalanced and inadequate development and the people＇s ever-growing needs for a better life. It is theessential issue to comprehend social principal contradiction to enhance the governance of public securitysociety. The innovation of governance in public security society is an effective and important pathway to controlsocial contradictions. We must fully comprehend new characteristics of historical evolvement of social principalcontradiction. We must face the new requirements of public security construction with increasing legal needs, oflaw enforcement work with increasing judicial needs, and of social governance with increasing security needs.We must deal with the evolvement of social contradiction in new philosophy and through a new perspective,preventing social contradiction intensifying by new measures.
