摘 要:以脱硅法制得介孔分子筛HZSM–5为载体,通过浸渍负载四氯化锡(SnCl_4·5H_2O),再经1mol·L^(-1)的硫酸处理后得到改性的SO_4^(2-)/Sn–ZSM-5分子筛催化剂.采用XRD、氮气物理吸附、SEM和X射线能谱对合成的SO_4^(2-)/Sn–ZSM-5催化剂进行了结构表征.结果发现,经负载和酸化后的催化剂仍然具有丰富的介孔结构和较大的比表面积(325.28 m^2/g).将该催化剂用于催化纤维二糖的醇解,并探讨了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等对总糖收率的影响.结果表明,当纤维二糖和甲醇用量分别为200 mg和20 mL,反应的最佳条件是:催化剂的用量为3.0 mg,反应温度为150?C,反应压力3 MPa,反应时间4 h,总糖的收率可达88%.上述表明SO2-4/Sn–ZSM-5为催化纤维二糖醇解的一类优良催化剂.Mesoporous molecular sieve H–ZSM–5 was synthesized,by desilication and then,loaded with stannic chloride(SnCl_4·5H_2O) by the impregnation method.The precursor was further treated using sulfuric acid(1mol·L^(-1)) to obtain the final catalysts,named,SO_4^(2-)/Sn–ZSM–5.XRD,N2-adsorption SEM and the X-ray energy spectrum were used to the characterizethe structure properties of the as-prepared catalysts.The results showed that,SO_4^(2-)/Sn–ZSM–5 catalyst still have abundant mesoporous structure and large specific surface area(325.28 m^2/g) after the impregnation and acid treatment.The SO_4^(2-)/Sn–ZSM–5 was used in the cellobiose alcoholysis reaction.The effects of temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the total sugar yield were investigated.The experimental results showed that the total sugar yield was up to 88% under the optimal conditions where catalyst dosage 3.0 mg,temperature 150?C,pressure 3 MPa,and reaction time 4 h.The results indicate that the SO_4^(2-)/Sn–ZSM–5 is an excellent catalyst for catalytic alcoholysis of cellobiose.
