摘　　要：文章研究提出影响城市色彩特征的3大时代变迁因素:社会经济发展、科技水平进步和文化风格驱动等.文章尤其通过对广州市现代居住建筑的色彩演进历程分析,研究城市色彩的阶段特征,阐释时代变迁的影响作用与缘由,通过梳理广州居住建筑色彩的发展脉络,探讨城市建筑色彩的未来走向.The paper proposes three major factors which can effect the urban color characteristics of the chan- ging times, including the social and economic level, scientific and technological achievements and cultural style. In particular, this paper researches the process of color evolution of modern residential buildings in Guangzhou, urban color evolution in stages, the urban color characteristics caused by the changing times, and the influence imposed by changing times. The paper explores the future trend of urban color by clarifying the development of residential building color in Guangzhou.
