摘  要:采用SBR法考察模拟乳制品废水COD、氨氮、正磷酸盐等指标处理效果.实验结果表明,进水平均COD值为1 100 mg/L,氨氮平均进水质量浓度为31 mg/L,正磷酸盐平均进水质量浓度为5 mg/L.经过处理后,出水COD、氨氮和正磷酸盐质量浓度分别为84、4、0.42 mg/L,满足国家二级排放标准.在曝气3 h后COD去除率可达92%以上,氨氮,磷酸盐等指标去除率可达到87%和91.6%.The simulated diary wastewater treated by SBR process was studied and the treatment effect was investigated. The experimental results showed that the wastewater average influent COD concentration were at 1 100 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen concentration at 31 mg/L and phosphate concentration at 5 mg/L. After processing the effluent COD,ammonia and phosphate were at 84 mg/L,4 mg/L and 0. 42 mg/L,respectively. The effluent wastewater quality met with the state second discharge standards. After aeration for 3 hours,the COD removal efficiency could reach more than 92%. The removal efficiency of NH4+—N and PO43-—P could be more than87% and 91. 6%.
