摘  要:木薯品种华南13号(Manihot esculenta Crantz cv.SC No.13)是从华南8013(♀)自然杂交的后代中筛选优良单株,经品比试验、区域性试验和生产性试验等逐级选育而成。与主栽品种华南205相比,华南13号增产38.13%,生产性试验鲜薯产量达43.36 t/hm^2。干物率和淀粉含量也提高了3.66%和0.42%,分别占干重的41.92%和29.25%。该品种具有高抗朱砂叶螨和中抗细菌性枯萎病的特性。作为高产优质、抗病虫害且适应性强的木薯新品种,华南13号适宜在木薯种植区大面积推广。另外,本文还建立了华南13号的分子指纹图谱,可为其新品种保护和知识产权鉴定提供理论依据。SC No.13, a new cassava cultivar (Manihot esculenta Crantz cv.), was selected from FI genera- tion from natural hybridization experiments in cassava SC 8013(♀), via standard trial regional, and pro- duction trial. SC No.13 had high yield and wide adaptability to environments. It also had strong resistance to wind. The fresh tuber yield was about 43.36t/hm2, increasing by 38.13% compared with that of the leading cultivar SC No.205. Dry matter content and starch content were increased by 3.66% and 0.42%, respectively, accounting for dry weight of 41.92% and 29.25%. And this cultivar has the characteristics of high resistance to Tetranychus cinnabarinus and moderately resistance to bacterial blight. As a new cassava cultivar with high yield, good quality, resistance to disease and insects, and strong adaptability, SC No. 13 is suitable to be popularized in cassava planting area. In addition, the molecular fingerprinting of SC No. 12 was developed in the present study. It would provide a theoretical basis for the protection of new vari- eties and intellectual property appraisal.
