摘　　要：孕产妇健康管理属于我国基本公共服务项目内容,移动互联网的飞速发展为其区域化、信息化提供技术支持与科技环境。本文应用区域创新系统理论分析我国移动互联网孕产妇健康管理模式的系统结构及功能,指出孕产妇、妇幼卫生管理部门、孕产妇保健机构、孕产妇健康信息服务供应商各主体在区域内环境影响的协同交互能够便捷孕产妇健康保健、促进保健机构提升服务能力、推进卫生管理部门动态监管,促进区域化的协同发展、形成优势创新模式,并分析可能的系统关联性、技术及环境带来的创新障碍且给出相应对策与建议。Maternal health management is in scope of the China＇s basic public service project, and the rapid development of mobile Internet provide technical support for the regionalization and informatization. This paper analyzes the system structure and function of maternal health management pattern under mobile Internet by using regional innovation system theory, pointing out that the synergistic interactions between pregnant women, maternal and child health management departments, health institutions, health information service providers, which can promote the health care institutions to enhance service capabilities, form the dynamic supervision of health administrative department, and accelerate regional coordinated development with innovative pattern. And then, this article analyzes the innovation obstacles from the correlation system, technology and environment and corresponding countermeasures are presented.
