摘　　要：本文通过对大众参与互联网医疗健康服务的现状调查和互联网医疗健康服务平台医学信息集成技术、搜索策略的系统分析,从大众就医习惯、网络择医搜索倾向以及互联网医疗健康服务平台医学信息集成技术、搜索策略等多角度,阐述了当前我国互联网医疗"叫好不叫座"的原因,并有针对性地提出了通过优化用户搜索关键词推荐策略、医学信息资源集成策略、搜索词语义分析与相关度排序推送策略等实现互联网医疗资源精准搜索的意见和措施。The paper investigated the situation of public participation in the Internet health services, analyzed the information integration technology of medical health service platform and the searching strategy. From the perspectives of people＇s habits of selecting medical treatment, searching tendency, the information integration technology, search strategy of the internet medicine and health service platform, we expounded the reasons of Internet medicine in our country that ＂people praised a lot but took part in few＂, and put forward by optimizing the user keywords recommendation searching strategy, medical information resources integration strategy, searching semantic analysis and relevant suggestions ranking strategy to realize the precision searching for Internet medical resources.
