摘　　要：利用免疫预防信息管理系统、医院信息系统、市级医疗卫生信息平台以及数据交换、端口技术等手段构建的宁波市产科预防接种信息系统(Obstetric Neonatal Immunization Information System,ONIIS),实现了产科预防接种信息的信息化管理及自动数据交换,大幅提升了儿童预防接种服务工作效率及质量。本文对宁波市ONIIS的设计及主要功能进行了阐述,并对ONIIS实施后的效果进行了评价。Constructed by means of immunization information management system, hospital information system and municipal health information platform, with the data switching and port technology, the Ningbo obstetric neonatal immunization information system（ONIIS） has realized the information management and automatic data switching of obstetrical immunization information. It has greatly improved the work efficiency and quality of children＇s immunization service. This paper expounds the general design and main functions of Ningbo ONIIS, and evaluates the effect of the implementation of ONIIS.
