摘　　要：本文以广东省某医院为例,通过统计医保数据传输各个环节的耗时,分析异地医保实时结算的"瓶颈",并提出跨省异地医保结算提速的改进方案,助力全国医保联网信息建设。In 2017, Chinese government has carried forward the insurance policy of national real-time settlement. Taking hospital A in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper figures the time spent in an insurance chain of data transmission, analyzes the bottleneck of real-time settlement of insurance in different places, and proposes an improved scheme for speeding up the settlement of insurance in different provinces.
