摘　　要：中药配伍作为现代复方药物的重要线索和参考,成为具有中国特色和中药特点的固定剂量组合药的一种创新研发模式。但是中药复方由于成分复杂、数量巨大、结构多样,药效物质的寻找和确定是难中之难。要解决这一难题,需要思路、方法和技术创新。As an important clue and reference for modern compound medicine, Chinese medicine compatibility has become an innovative research and development mode of fixed dose combination with Chinese characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） characteristics. However, it is difficult to find and determine the effective substances because of the complex composition, the huge amount and the structure diversity. In order to solve these problems,innovative ideas, methods and techniques are needed.
