摘 要:PK/PD结合模型是研究药物时间-浓度、浓度-效应、时间-效应三者之间关系的有力工具,PK/PD研究对指导临床用药具有重要意义。中药成分复杂,其药效物质基础尚未完全明确,因此将PK/PD结合模型应用于中药研究,有利于阐明药效物质基础及作用机制,对中药及其制剂的开发研究具有指导性意义。本文通过查阅文献综述了近年来PK/PD结合模型在中药单体成分及有效部位、单味中药和中药复方中的应用,为今后中药化学成分PK/PD研究提供参考。PK-PD binding model is a powerful tool to study the relationship between drug time-concentration,concentration-effect and time-effect, which is of great significance and widely used in guiding clinical medicine. The PK-PD binding model is applied to the study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which is helpful to elucidate the basis of drug substance and its mechanism. It is of great significance to the development of TCM and its preparation. In this paper, recent applications of PK-PD binding model in the composition and effective part of TCM, single herbal medicine and TCM compound were made, which could provide references for future PK-PD study of chemical constituent.
