摘　　要：针对我国目前不断增加的进口二手叉车投入到叉车租赁市场带来的问题,分别从法律法规、设备安全技术状况、安全管理等方面进行了深入的分析,从监管范围、技术标准、溯源管理等方面提出了我国进口二手叉车监管的改进建议。As the increasing of imported second-hand forklifts put into the forklift rental market, supervision situation and issue are analyzed deeply from the aspects of regulations, safety technology state and management. Improvement suggestions of imported second-hand forklift supervision are proposed from the aspects of regulatory scope, technical standards and trace-ability management.
