“保浙会”若干史实考辨

摘　　要：保浙会是戊戌时期的一个重要学会,是由陈虬等在京参加会试的浙江举子倡议设立,但由于福建道监察御史黄桂鋆的弹劾及浙江举子孙灏的攻诘,被迫解散。以往学者普遍认为保浙会为保国会的分会,系在康有为的影响下创办。事实上,保浙会的创办一方面是由于江浙地方绅商的鼓动,另一方面与陈虬的维新变法主张密切相关。保浙会名称虽与保国会相似,却并无隶属关系,且与保国会在内容与主张方面有较大差异。进而言之,陈虬等江浙地方士绅的变法维新主张与康、梁一派并不相同。During the reform movement of 1898, Zhejiang local intellectual Chen Qiu went to Beijing to participate in the imperial examinations, advocating reform, Submit to the court a political reform should be carried out in Zhejiang Province, and proposed the establishment of the Pao-zhe hui. However, because of the rebuttal of Huang Gui Jun and Sun Hao,it had not been successful. The past scholars generally believe that the Pao-zhe hui was a branch of the Pao-kuo hui and founded under the influence of K＇ ang Yu-wei. In fact, the establishment of the Pao-zhe hui was due to the agitation of the merchants of Zhejiang, and also closely related to Chen qiu＇s reform.
