南京地区叶菜生产适度规模经营的探讨

摘　　要：结合多年叶菜工作经历,从叶菜生产特点和南京大城市叶菜供应实际出发,分析了叶菜生产适度规模经营的重要性和必然性,提出了叶菜生产的适度规模面积;从经济效益优先、综合社会和生态效益出发,阐述了设施叶菜规模生产经营的关健环节。Combined with years of leafy work experience, the importance and necessity of moderate scale management of leafy vegetables were analyzed,and the appropriate scale area of leaf vegetable production was put forward based on the characteristics of leafy vegetables and the actual supply of leafy vegetables in Nanjing.From the priority of economic benefits,comprehensive social and ecological benefits,the key links of large-scale production and management of leafy vegetables were elaborated.
