PDCA循环法促进辅助药物合理应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察PDCA循环法促进辅助药物合理应用的效果。方法抽取佛山市顺德第一人民医院附属陈村医院2016年1-6月出院病历500份作为实施管理干预前组,2016年7-12月和2017年1-6月出院病历各500份作为PDCA循环管理干预后组。比较干预前后用药不合理率、辅助药物使用率、药品费用等。结果干预后半年、干预后1年用药不合理率及辅助药物使用率、出院患者总费用和人均药品费用明显低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后临床治愈率、平均住院天数、人均药品使用比例比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PDCA循环法可促进辅助药物的合理应用,提高辅助药物应用的安全性、有效性。Objective To observe the effect of PDCA circulation on the rational use of adjuvant drugs. Methods 500 hospitalized medical records in the First People＇ s Hospital of Shunde Affiliated Chencun Hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as the before intervention group,500 hospitalized medical records from July 2016 to December 2016,and 500 hospitalized medical records from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the intervention group. The irrational rate of medication,auxiliary drug usage,drug costs and so on of before intervention and after intervention were compared. Results After the intervention,the unreasonable rate of medication and the rate of auxiliary drug use,the total cost of discharged patients and the per capita drug cost were significantly lower than those before intervention（ P 0. 05）; Before intervention and after intervention,the clinical cure rate,the average length of stay in hospital,per capita drug use ratio,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion PDCA circulation method can promote the rational use of auxiliary drugs and improve the safety and effectiveness of auxiliary drug applications.
