摘 要:砂眼、夹渣是轧机大型铸钢件常见的主要铸造缺陷,这类缺陷往往导致需对机架进行大量的焊补修复工作,预防这类缺陷的产生,不仅能够降低机架修复成本,缩短制造工期,而且对提高机架的质量也很有意义。本文针对砂眼、夹渣缺陷产生的原因进行分析,通过采用阶梯浇注系统,调整内浇道布置,采用中温慢浇的方式等有效预防了砂眼、夹渣缺陷,提高了轧机机架质量。The sand inclusion and slag inclusion are the main defects which often appear in the large size mill housing steel casting. These defects result in a mass of weld repair for the mill housing. The prevention of such kind of defects can reduce the repair cost, shorten the manufacturing period, and also can improve the quality of the mill housing. This paper analyzed the cause of formation of sand inclusion and slag inclusion defects, the step gating system was adopted, the ingate position was adjusted, the defects were avoided and the quality of mill housing was improved.
