摘  要:介绍了一种YN-63Z型床头箱铸件的封砂铸造工艺方法。该铸件壁厚较薄,内腔结构复杂,特别是在端部有一封闭的内腔,使得型芯的定位和出气都很困难。采用阶梯式浇注系统,通过控制浇注系统各单元的截面比实现分层注入。针对封闭型腔,设计专用芯骨和芯撑,采取封砂造型。浇注过程中,金属液充型平稳,温度场均衡,实现同时凝固,降低铸造热应力。通过仿真模拟,分析了工艺的可行性,确定了整套完整、合理的工艺方案。A kind of sand enclosure casting process for model YN-63Z headstock was introduced. This casting is characterized by its thin wall thickness and complicated cavity, especially an enclosed cavity which leads to great difficulties for sand core's positioning and venting. Step gating system was adopted, the gate runner cross-section ratio was controlled to ensure molten metal layered and poured into cavity respectively. The special core rob and chaplet are designed for enclosure casting process to deal with the enclosed cavity. The molten metal fills mould smoothly, temperature field is balance, the simultaneous solidification can be achieved, and thermal stress is reduced. With simulation method, the feasibility of process was analyzed, and a reasonable process was finally determined.
