摘  要:为解决燃用高硫煤W火焰锅炉受热面发生的高温硫腐蚀、冲蚀磨损与沾污结渣等共性问题,提出施用ZST高温纳米陶瓷材料进行防腐、防磨、防结渣处理。本文阐述了ZST高温纳米陶瓷表面材料的性能指标和技术特点,以及喷涂施工工艺,并在某电厂燃用高硫煤W火焰锅炉受热面上进行了喷涂试验。喷涂后的受热面经4 000 h现场服役,涂层表面完好,宏观检查和微观检测分析结果表明,该纳米陶瓷涂层具有优异的耐腐、抗磨和防结渣的作用。In order to solve the problems occurred on heating surfaces of W-flame boilers firing high sulfur content coal, such as high temperature sulfur corrosion, solid-particle erosion and fouling and slagging, the ZST high temperature nanostructured ceramic coating technique was proposed to prevent the heating surface from corrosion, abrasion and slagging. The performance and features of the ZST high temperature nanostructured ceramic coating material are described. Moreover, spraying test was carried out on heating surface of a W-flame boiler firing highsulfur content coal. The results show that, spalling of the nanostructured ceramic coating didn't occur after 4 000 hours' in-service, indicating this nano-ceramic coating has excellent performance in corrosion resistance, wear resistance and slagging resistance.
