摘  要:介绍了国内低温省煤器与暖风器联合系统的研究现状,以山东某660 MW机组为例,计算了低温省煤器换热面积及暖风器出口风温对整个系统节煤量、静态投资及静态投资回收期的影响。结果表明:低温省煤器换热面积越大,系统节煤量越大,投资越大,系统静态投资回收期随着低温省煤器换热面积增大先降低后升高;暖风器出口风温越高,系统节煤量越大,投资越大,系统静态投资回收期随暖风器出口风温的提高先降低后升高。推荐该机组低温省煤器纵向为40排,暖风器出口风温65~75℃。The research status of the combined system of low pressure economizer and air heater was introduced. By taking a 660 MW unit in Shandong Province as the example, the influence of heat exchange area of low pressure economizer and outlet air temperature of air heater on energy conservation potential, static investment and static payback period of the whole system was calculated. The result shows that, the larger the heat exchange area of low pressure economizer, the greater the energy conservation potential and static investment. The static payback period of the system decreases at first and then increases with the increaing heat exchange area of the low pressure economizer. The higher the air temperature at the air heater outlet, the greater the energy conservation potential and static investment. The static payback period of the system decreases at first and then increases with the increasing air temperature at the air heater outlet. It is recommended that the low pressure economizer be arranged with 40 rows in vertical direction, and the air temperature at the air heater outlet be 65-75 ℃.
